I co-founded Harlow & Grey - a line of thoughtfully designed partyware with a mission to empower everyday hosts to "turn events into occasions and moments into memories". As a small business owner, I wore many hats and was involved in all facets of the brand. I primarily served as Design Director and led all product development efforts to reach yearly revenue objectives. I drove B2B and DTC brand awareness through creative strategy and effective art direction that led our team to achieve 35-200% year over year revenue growth across multiple sales channels. My business partner and I led our team and sales reps to win 220+ accounts in 16 countries worldwide including key partners CB2 and Anthropologie.
During the pandemic, when parties came to an abrupt halt, we decided to pivot our Harlow & Grey line to products that held value for the times we were collectively going through - journals and planners. I established the concept, content, and aesthetics for the collection of books.
